History: One of the newest bowl games in the NCAA, the Beef ‘O’ Brady’s Bowl was established in 2008 and matches the Big East and Conference USA. Last year’s game matched the Louisville Cardinals against the Southern Miss Golden Eagles and, in a thrilling game; Louisville topped Southern Miss 31-28.
