History: Referred to as “The Granddaddy of Them All”, the Rose Bowl was first played in 1902 at the old Tournament Park. It has been played continuously since 1916 and, since 1945 it has been the highest attended bowl game. The most recent Rose Bowl Game featured the TCU Horned Frogs against Wisconsin Badgers with TCU taking a thrilling 21-19 game.
