History: Originally begun in 2006, the former Houston Bowl used to tie in the Big East, Conference USA and the Mid-Western Conference. The game’s sponsorship was taken over by Meineke Car Care in early 2011, who signed a three year sponsorship deal. Last season, Baylor took on Illinois with Illinois taking a 38-13 victory.
