Coldplay’s fourth studio album, Viva La Vida or Death and All His Friends, was released in mid 2008 and the band began touring in June 2008.
Coldplay’s members include Chris Martin, Jonny Buckland, Guy Berryman and Will Champion and have been together since their debut album, Parachutes, released in July 2000, had sold 1.6 million copies in the UK alone in 5 months. Parachutes was then released in the U.S. and won the Best Alternative Music Album at the 2002 Grammy Awards.
On May 15, 2009, the band released LefRightLeftRIghtLeft, a live album that will be given away at all remaining concerts on the Viva La Vida Tour. So be sure to get your tickets to see Coldplay and get your copy of their newest release free.
