Q. How do I know I am dealing with a credible company?

A. Our Company has been in business since 1989. We are a reputable company with excellent references from the Better Business Bureau (BBB). There is also a VeriSign seal on our homepage that indicates that all transactions are secured.

Q. Can I cancel for any reason after I place an order?

A. No. All sales are final and there are no cancellations or exchanges.

Q. Is the price I pay the same as the price printed on the ticket I receive?

A. No, you are paying a premium for our value-added service. The price you are paying is the current market value for the tickets you are ordering. We specialize in obtaining hard-to-find tickets and resell tickets above face value (the price printed on the ticket).

Q. Who decides what price the tickets are sold for?

A. All ticket prices are based upon the current market value, which is influenced by supply and demand. Therefore, we are constantly updating our ticket prices to accurately reflect the current market value. Our prices are subject to change at any time and without notice.

Q. Where do you get your tickets from?

A. We buy our tickets from a variety of locations, including; ticket box offices, season ticket holders and other ticket resellers. We often purchase tickets from customers like you who have extra tickets to sell.

Q. How do we ship your tickets?

A. We ship your tickets using FedEx Express delivery service with direct signature required. If you cannot be home when you tickets arrive, you can have your tickets delivered to a FedEx Hold at Location. Shipping to USPS P.O. boxes require us to charge you an extra $5. Unless indicated otherwise in the ticket listing, your tickets are printed on standard stock and they cannot be reprinted nor replaced in the event they are stolen, misplaced, or damaged. Q. Can I ship my tickets to another address?

A. For your protection, the name and billing address on your order must match your credit card exactly. CVV2 ID number required. Shipment to an address other than your billing address or emailing your tickets will require you to email or fax a signed authorization letter that will include a copy of your government issued picture identification and copy of both sides of your credit card. Having someone else pick up your tickets also requires a signed authorization letter.

Q. Why do you need a letter of authorization for large dollar orders and shipping to another address?

A. In order to minimize fraud and to keep the prices as low as we can, we ask for the letter of authorization that is hand-signed, a copy of government issued picture id, and a copy of the credit card to prove that we are actually doing business with the cardholder.
