2009 Needs:  OLB, CB, OT, OG, RB, S, LB, WR, TE

Recap:  At the end of the 2007 season, QB Derek Anderson was the darling of the league.  He passed for 3,787 yards and 29 touchdowns (Vs 19 interceptions).  All of this was to the bewilderment of former Notre Dame Start QB Brady Quinn who was supposed to be the future of the Browns organization.  Instead, he witnessed as Anderson (still a young 26) was rewarded with a 3 year contract.  Forward to the end of the 2008 season and the Browns are worse off then before.  Anderson had a sub par performance (142 of 283  for 1,615 yards 9 TD’s and 8 INT.) and the team was forced to sign QB Bruce Gradkowski after backup QB Ken Dorsey went down with a rib injury.  The Browns announced on February 10, 2009, the release of both Dorsey and Gradkowski.
