Recap: Last season, Jets QB Mark Sanchez brought the Jets to within 24 points of winning the Conference Championship. After beating the Bengals in the Wild Card Round and the Charges in the Divisional Playoffs, the Colts ended the Jets season with a 30-17 victory. Head coach Tom Coughlin is looking to get back into the playoffs this season and has beefed up his roster.

In the draft, the Jets selected Boise State CB Kyle Wilson with their first round pick (29th overall selection), Massachusetts OT Vlad Ducasse, USC RB Joe McKnight and University of Kentucky RB John Connor. In free agency, the Jets picked up QB Kellen Clemens, WR Braylon Edwards and DE Jason Taylor who up till last season spent his entire career with the Miami Dolphins.
